Tasty apple filling with pudding on a delicate butter dough = great apple pie.

1. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 10.5 oz (300 g)  unsalted butter 8.75 oz (250 g)  egg yolk 2 pcs  sugar granulated 3 tbsp  baking powder for gingerbread 2 tsp  vanilla sugar 0.25 oz (8 g)

Make dough from flour, butter, egg yolks, sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Put in a cool place for 15 minutes.

Roll the dough out to the size of a baking sheet and use a roller to lay it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Peel the apples and grate them roughly.

sugar granulated 4 tbsp  ground cinnamon 1 tsp

Put the grated apples in a pot, add sugar and cinnamon. Stew until the water evaporates from the apples. Let cool.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.05 quart (1000 ml)  sugar granulated 2.75 oz (80 g)  Chocolate Pudding - powder 3.25 oz (90 g)

Cook thick pudding from milk, sugar and pudding powder. Let cool.

6. 

Spread apples on the dough, cover with a layer of pudding.

7. 

flour medium 2 oz (60 g)  unsalted butter 1.5 oz (40 g)  sugar granulated 1 oz (30 g)

Mix flour with butter and sugar. Sprinkle the cake evenly with this streusel.

8. 

Bake for 50 minutes at 180 °C.
