Stuffed Pork Roll

     

Colourful meat roll, great for any celebration.

1. 

minced pork meat 1.1 lb (500 g)  chicken egg 1 pc  salt 1 tsp  ground black pepper ¾ tsp  garlic 1 pinch  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 70 ml

Mix minced meat with egg, milk, salt, ground black pepper and pressed garlic clove (roll should not have intense garlic flavour). Allow it to rest in the cold place (the best overnight).

chicken egg 4 pcs  vegetable salt ½ tsp

When the meat is rested, prepare runny scrambled eggs seasoned with a little vegetable salt (vegeta, podravka).

Gouda cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)

Brush aluminium foil with oil, lay meat mixture on and shape it into a rectangle. Grate cheese on such prepared meat.

Evenly lay scrambled eggs on top ...

peas 1.75 oz (50 g)

... rinsed frozen peas ...

red pepper sterilized 1.75 oz (50 g)

... at the end add sterilized red pepper cut into strips.

7. 

With the help of aluminum foil, roll the meat.

8.

Close the aluminum foil and twist the ends. Place it in the baking tin, pour in water and bake 40 minutes at 390°F (200°C). Pour in more water if needed.

9. 

rapeseed oil

After 40 minutes, carefully unwrap the roll, remove aluminium foil, brush it with oil and continue baking for the next 20 minutes until crispy.
