Recipe

1. 

potatoes 2.8 lb (1250 g)  sausage 8.75 oz (250 g)  chicken egg 4 pcs  onion 7 oz (200 g)

Peel potatoes, wash them and cut into thin slices. Cut sausage into rounds, too. Cook hard-boiled eggs, cool them, peel and also cut into rounds. Peel onion and chop it finely.

Grease deep baking (35x20 cm) tin and dust it with bread crumbs, layer the individual ingredients. Lay potatoes, sprinkle them with onion, place sausage, and eggs on top. Then again a layer of potatoes, onion, sausage and eggs.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% ¾ cup (200 ml)  sour cream (fat 14-18%) 1.1 cup (250 ml)  chicken egg 4 pcs  salt 2 tsp  ground black pepper 1 tsp  breadcrumbs

At the end place the last layer of potatoes. Bake such prepared potatoes in preheated oven for 20 minutes, covered. Mix sour cream, eggs, salt and ground black pepper with milk and after 20 minutes of baking pour this brine over the potatoes. Slightly sprinkle the surface with breadcrumbs.

Bake covered for the next approx. 40 minutes. Uncover potatoes and bake for 10-15 more minutes at high heat.
