1. 

onion 4.25 oz (120 g)  sunflower oil 2 tbsp (30 ml)  frozen spinach 1.1 lb (500 g)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% ¾ cup (200 ml)  sour cream (fat 14-18%) 7 oz (200 g)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 0.25 oz (10 g)  salt 0.5 tsp  garlic 4 cloves

Peel onion, chop it and cook in oil. Add frozen spinach cube and bring spinach to the boil while stirring occasionally. Stir sour cream and flour with milk, pour roux into the spinach and bring to the boil. Season with salt to your taste (do not add salt when you cook for kids) and pressed peeled garlic cloves.

2. 

pasta - Fusilli (spiral) 1.1 lb (500 g)  salt  water

Cook pasta in salted water, drain and mix with spinach.

3. 

sunflower oil 3 tbsp  semi hard cheese 4.25 oz (120 g)

Grease baking dish with oil, evenly spread pasta in and sprinkle with grated cheese.

4. 

Bake the pasta in preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
