Sauerkraut Pasta Bake

     

An easy, tasty and cheap recipe for pasta baked with smoked meat and sauerkraut.

1. 

sauerkraut- finely chopped cabbage (fermented) 2.2 lb (1000 g)  sunflower oil

Cook pasta and sprinkle it with sunflower oil. Rinse sauerkraut under running water, if not, it will be too sour. Take half of it and spread it over the baking tin.

2. 

noodles 14 oz (400 g)  pork sausages 6 pcs  ground black pepper  vegetable salt

Spread half of the cooked pasta over the sauerkraut, season with salt and ground black pepper. Layer sausages cut into rounds on pasta (we can use any kind of meat, preferably smoked).

3. 

Cover with remaining pasta and sauerkraut.

4. 

water 0.2 l  whipping cream (30-33% fat) 8.75 oz (250 g)

Pour over with whipping cream and water and bake at 355°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
