pasta - Fusilli (spiral)14oz400grams
salt1.5tsp1.5teaspoon
semi hard cheese7oz200grams

 

Recipe

1. 

bacon 5.25 oz (150 g)

Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a pan.

2. 

onion 7 oz (200 g)  olive oil 1 tbsp

Add a spoonf of oil and a cleaned, finely chopped onion. Fry together for about 5 minutes.

3. 

frozen spinach 1.3 lb (600 g)  salt 1.5 tsp

Add a frozen cube of spinach to the onion and bacon, add salt, cover and let the spinach melt. Stir from time to time.

4. 

pasta - Fusilli (spiral) 14 oz (400 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs

Cook the pasta in salted water, drain, rinse with cold water, let drain and stir in the eggs.

5. 

Add spinach.

6. 

olive oil 2 tbsp

Grease a baking dish with oil, put spinach pasta,...

7. 

semi hard cheese 7 oz (200 g)

...sprinkle with grated cheese, cover and bake at 735°F (390°C)F (390°F (200°C)) for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
