green peas frozen5.25oz150grams
onion7oz200grams

pasta - Fusilli (spiral)8.75oz250grams

zucchini1.1lb500grams

 

Recipe

1. 

carrots 7 oz (200 g)  onion 7 oz (200 g)

Peel the onion, clean and wash the carrot. Grate coarsely. Fry in oil in a wok.

2. 

green peas frozen 5.25 oz (150 g)  frozen sweetcorn 5.25 oz (150 g)

Prepare frozen vegetables...

3. 

...and add to carrot.

4. 

zucchini 1.1 lb (500 g)

Wash the zucchini, cut it into small cubes...

5. 

salt 1 tsp  water 3 tbsp

...and add to the vegetables. Add salt, water and simmer for 10 minutes under the cover.

6. 

pasta - Fusilli (spiral) 8.75 oz (250 g)  water  salt

Cook the pasta in salted water and drain.

7. 

parmesan

Mix the pasta with vegetables and sprinkle with grated cheese when serving.
