Caramel Saddle of Venison Cake

    

Delicacy from puffed rice in caramel, favourite not only during the Christmas time.

puffed rice5oz140grams
sugar granulated8.75oz250grams
sweetened condensed milk1.3cup300milliliters
unsalted butter6.25oz180grams
white chocolate-

1. 

sugar granulated 8.75 oz (250 g)  sweetened condensed milk 1.3 cup (300 ml)

In a saucepan let the sugar caramelise. Pour in a sweet condensed milk and stir until both ingrediences are melted into the liquid.

2. 

unsalted butter 6.25 oz (180 g)

Add butter and blend until dissolved.

3. 

puffed rice 5 oz (140 g)

Pour in puffed rice.

4. 

Blend well. Let it stand for a while and blend well again.

5. 

Cover the saddle of venison pan with clingfilm.

6. 

Place puffed rice-caramel mixture into the pan and press well. Let it harden in a cold place for 24 hours.

7. 

Turn the hardened delicacy out of the pan. Remove the clingfilm.

8. 

white chocolate

Pour with melted chocolate and let the chocolate partially harden.

9. 

Cut into the slices. Store in a cold place.
