A simple, coconut titbit inspired by Indian cuisine.

1. 

semi skimmed milk 1,5% ½ cup (125 ml)  chickpea flour fine 1.75 oz (50 g)

Mix milk and flour until smooth.

unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)

Melt the butter in a pot, ...

salt  sugar cane 2.75 oz (75 g)  ground cardamom 0.5 tsp

...add the liquid mixture, pinch of salt, sugar and cardamom. Cook a thick porridge. Let cool.

grated coconut 4.5 oz (125 g)

Add coconut...

...and knead a thick dough.

Create balls from the dough...

...and coat in coconut. Store in a cool place. Before serving let to warm to room temperature.
