Recipe

1. Cook the chicken breasts

chicken breasts 12.25 oz (350 g)  salt  grill seasoning  olive oil 3 tbsp

Take a larger pan and heat the olive oil, wash chicken breasts, season them with salt and pepper, and cook them lightly in oil until they are golden on all sides.

2. Chop spring onion and oyster mushroom

spring onion 1 pc  oyster mushroom 14 oz (400 g)

While the meat is being pulled, cut spring onion into rounds and oyster mushroom into thin strips.

3. Roast

Remove meat from the pan, place it on a plate. Equally pour cut spring onions and oyster mushroom into the pan. Roast 3 - 4 minutes, until oyster mushroom with onions become soft.

4. Braise

sweet cream for cooking 1.1 cup (250 ml)  salt

Place chicken breasts in the pan and braise everything together for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes pour over content of the pan with cream for cooking. If the sauce seems to be too thin, we can reduce it with 1 tablespoon of fine flour. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
