Wash the chicken, salt inside and out and spread with paprika.
Put the chicken in the baking dish and lay butter on it. Add a little water. Cover and bake in a hot oven at 895°F (480°C)F (480°F (250°C)) for 20 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 805°F (430°C)F (430°F (220°C)) and bake for another 20 minutes.
Turn over, cover again and bake for another 30 minutes. Uncover and let bake from each side for 15 minutes until crispy.
Take the chicken out of the oven, put the French fries on a dry baking sheet, and bake until crispy. Mix. You can also prepare fries at home, from raw potatoes and fry them in oil.
