Potato balls filled with poppy seeds

"Shoot" our balls full of calcium into each other :) They don't only taste amazing, but your bones will also be happy :) Yum!

Grate finely.

semolina 10 oz (280 g)
Add semolina and knead the dough. Let the dough rest for about half an hour.

whole milk 3.5% ½ cup (120 ml) • sugar granulated 2.75 oz (80 g)
Bring milk and sugar to a boil in a pot.

Create balls from the poppy seeds (diameter about 2-2.5 cm).

On a floured board, form the dough into a roll (thickness 4.5 cm). Cut the roll into wheels about 1.5 cm thick (into 35 pieces).

Create a pancake from each piece of dough, put a poppy ball inside and wrap it. Roll in flour on a board.

Bring water with a little salt to a boil in a large pot. Put the balls in boiling water and cook them for 4-5 minutes after they appear on the surface.

Remove the balls with a perforated laddle.
