flour medium10.5oz300grams
powdered sugar7oz200grams
rum2tbsp2tablespoon
semi skimmed milk 1,5%2.1cup500milliliters
sugar granulated1oz30grams
unsalted butter10.5oz300grams
vanilla pudding - powder1.5oz40grams

 

Recipe

1. Dough preparation

unsalted butter 7 oz (200 g)  powdered sugar 7 oz (200 g)

Beat butter and sugar.

2. 

chicken egg 4 pcs  rum 1 tbsp

Gradually mix in eggs, use a hand blender to whip it. Add rum.

3. 

flour medium 10.5 oz (300 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 2 tsp

Pour flour with baking powder in the butter mixture.

4. 

unsalted butter

Mix it and prepare dough, spread half of it on baking tin greased with butter.

5. 

cocoa powder 1.75 oz (50 g)  rum 1 tbsp

Mix cocoa powder in the remaining half of the dough, again pour in rum. Spread the dough over the first layer.

6. 

black cherries 1.1 lb (500 g)

Press halved and stoned sour cherries into the dough. Bake 30 minutes at 355°F (180°C) C.

7. Cream preparation

vanilla pudding - powder 1.5 oz (40 g)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 2.1 cup (500 ml)  sugar granulated 1 oz (30 g)  unsalted butter 3.5 oz (100 g)

Cook dense pudding from powder, sugar and milk. Let it cool, stir butter in and spread it slowly on top of the cool pastry with sour cherries.

8. Topping

chocolate topping 3.5 oz (100 g)

Place the cake into refrigerator for 30 minutes, at the end pour chocolate topping on top.
