1. 

beetroot 5.25 oz (150 g)

Wash the beetroot and cook it in water.

2. 

Allow it to cool, peel it and finely grate (until it becomes gruel).

3. 

chicken egg 1 pc

Add egg.

4. 

semolina 3.5 oz (100 g)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 0.75 oz (20 g)

Pour semolina and flour in. Prepare semi-dense dough.

5. 

water  salt

Push the dough through a dumpling sieve into the hot salted water.

6. 

Cook dumplings 8 minutes. Then drain them and rinse under cold water.

Dumplings are delicious with creamy soups or serve them as a main dish with cheese sauce.
