1. 

chicken egg 1 pc  semolina 3.5 oz (100 g)

Pour semolina into a bowl and add eggs.

2. 

Knead though dough (if necessary, you can add a little more semolina, if the egg was bigger). Let it rest for a while.

3. 

Grate the dough coarsely and let it dry.
