white tofu12.75oz360grams

 

Recipe

1. Cut tofu

white tofu 12.75 oz (360 g)

Cut the tofu in half, each half into thinner sticks.

2. Preparation of oregano dough

chicken egg 1 pc  all-purpose flour / plain flour 3.5 oz (100 g)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  oregano 1 tbsp  salt

From egg, flour and milk prepare a thicker dough for coating. If the dough seems thin, add flour, if it is too thick, add milk. Add oregano to the dough. Mix, salt with a pinch of salt.

3. Fry

sunflower oil 3 tbsp

Coat the tofu sticks in dough and fry in hot oil on both sides. Tofu sticks are served with a side dish or as canapés for a party.
