Plum balls with breadcrumbs

1. 

flour medium 12.75 oz (360 g)  chicken egg 1 pc  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 300 ml

Add two cups of flour to the bowl. Heat almost to boil cup of milk. Pour warm milk into the flour and stir well. When cool, add one egg to the mixture.

2. 

plums 2.6 lb (1200 g)

Roll a dough (3 mm thick) on a slightly floured board and cut them into squares into which we pack plums. Their size should be appropriate to the size of plums ( about 8x8 cm).

3. 

Cook balls in steamer for 25-30 min. If you use regular cooking pot with boiling water, keep an eye on a dough, it may overcook.

4. Preparation of breadcrumbs

breadcrumbs 9 tbsp  powdered sugar 3 tbsp

Fry dry bread crumbs with powdered sugar. Stir occasionally. Sugar tends to caramelize and stick to the bottom of the pan.

5. 

unsalted butter 2 oz (60 g)

The most luxurious variant - serve quartered balls, pitted, sprinkled with bread crmbs and poured with butter.
