1. 

apples 3 pcs

Peel and cut the apples.

2. 

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 2.1 cup (500 ml)  spelt flour 8.75 oz (250 g)  chicken egg 3 pcs  ground cinnamon 0.5 tsp  vanilla sugar 1 tsp  rapeseed oil 1 tbsp

Mix the above mentioned ingredients together with the prepared apples.

3. 

Pour a dough onto a hot pan and help it to spread all over the bottom by tilting the pan. When dough is properly brown on the bottom and around the edges, pour some oil to the pan to release the pancake. Turn it and fry ontheother side until golden brown.
