mushrooms8.75oz250grams
onion3.5oz100grams
pork lard1tsp1teaspoon
pork sausages1pc1piece

Recipe

1. 

pork lard 1 tsp

Melt some fat in a hot pan.

2. 

onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  pork sausages 1 pc

Add a finely chopped medium-sized onion and also chopped sausage.

3. 

mushrooms 8.75 oz (250 g)

Wash, clean and cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Add to onion and sausage.

4. 

salt  ground white pepper

Fry together until the mushrooms soften. Season with salt and white pepper.

5.

At the end add eggs. Mix the egg whites and when their color changes from transparent to white, you can also break the yolk and mix. Remove the pan from the heat before the yolks become too dry.
