olive oil 10 tbsp (150 ml) • Provençal pepper 2 tsp • garlic 2 cloves • salt 1 tsp • whole Mustard 1 tsp • unsalted butter 0.75 oz (20 g) • ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Peel garlic, press it and mix with oil, melted butter, mustard, salt and spices. Put salmon in marinade and turn the meat several times while it is marinating. Allow it to marinate for 24 hours.
