Defrost frozen salmon steaks, wash them and dry.
Peel garlic, press it and mix with oil, melted butter, mustard, salt and spices. Put salmon in marinade and turn the meat several times while it is marinating. Allow it to marinate for 24 hours.
Cook steaks in a little oil on both sides for about 4-5 minutes.
