1. Boiling of lost egg
Pour a water into a saucepan or deep pan and heat it up. When it starts boiling, keep cooking at a gentle simmer. Add vinegar. Swirl the water with the scoop and carefully pour in the egg. Thanks to water whirl it will turn and evenly shrink over the whole surface. Cook for 2-3 minutes so the egg yolk remains fluidy inside.
Serve on fried bread slice, slice of ham and poured with Hollandaise sauce.
