1. 

pasta - Spaghetti 11.25 oz (320 g)

Put the spaghetti in a large amount of salty hot water and cook. Drain and rinse quickly under cold water. Put back in the pot and add a piece of butter. Mix lightly.

blue cheese 6.25 oz (180 g)

Grate the cheese coarsely.

3. 

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 1.1 cup (250 ml)

Pour the cream into a pot and bring to a boil.

Add the cheese and stir until it melts and the sauce thickens.
