spring mix vegetable frozen 7oz200grams
vegetable stock2.1cup500milliliters
water2.1cup½litre

 

Recipe

1. 

vegetable stock 2.1 cup (500 ml)  water 2.1 cup (500 ml)  spring mix vegetable frozen  7 oz (200 g)

For preparation of soup use the stock which was produced during steaming of meat or vegetable in a steamer. Place vegetable into the saucepan, pour in stock and water. Do not season, the stock absorbed all flavours from foods which was steamed. Cook for 10 minutes.

chicken egg 1 pc  semolina 2 tbsp

Break the egg into the bowl and add semolina slowly stirring constantly with the fork. Produced semifluid semolina batter thickens after a while of resting. Toss the dumplings into the soup, let it boil for 2 minutes.
