1. Homemade buns
Pour warm milk into the flour, add crumbled fresh yeast, melted butter, little sugar and salt. Knead dough then let rise for 30 minutes.
From proof dough form 10-12 loaves and place them on the baking tray covered with baking paper. Let to rise again for another 10 minutes.
Then brush them with beaten egg, sprinkle with caraway and salt to taste.
Bake in preheated oven for about 25 - 30 minutes. Place baked buns into the basket and let it cool. Cover with clean kitchen towel so it does not dry.

Wash the meat, cut and mince it.
onion 3.5 oz (100 g)
Peel the onion, chop and mince also.
Mix together meat, onion, crumb of bread, caraway, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, chopped parsley leaves and oil.
From meat mixture form 10 - 12 pieces of hamburger and dip them in fine flour.
Roast the hamburgers in hot grill from one side for about 10 minutes and another 10 minutes from other side.
Tuck finished burgers into the cut buns brushed with mustard.
According to taste add gherkin, fresh rings of onion and ketchup onto the meat.
