1. 

pork shoulder  onion 5.25 oz (150 g)  garlic 1 oz (25 g)

Wash the meat and cut it. Peel onion and garlic. Grind all the ingredients in a meat grinder.

2. 

chicken egg 3 pcs  breadcrumbs 2.75 oz (80 g)  salt 1.5 tsp  ground black pepper 1 tsp  parsley leaves 1 oz (25 g)

Put the ground mixture in a bowl, add eggs, bread crumbs, salt, ground black pepper and chopped parsley leaves. Mix well.

3. 

Form medium size balls from the meat mixture and place them on baking tin lined with parchment paper. Cover them with aluminium foil.

4. 

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C.

5. 

Then remove aluminium foil and bake for 20-25 more minutes.
