Recipe

1. Pancakes

all-purpose flour / plain flour 8.75 oz (250 g)  salt  fresh yeast 0.25 oz (10 g)  water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  semi skimmed milk 1,5%

Mix flour, salt, yeast dissolved in lukewarm water and enough milk to make the dough semi-liquid. Let it rest for at least half an hour and then fry pancakes on a dry pan.

2. Bryndza filling

sheep cheese - bryndza 8.75 oz (250 g)  dill

Mix bryndza with washed and finely chopped dill.

3. 

Spread the filling on the pancake and fold it into a triangle. You can serve immediately,

sweet cream for cooking 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  chicken egg 2 pcs

...or you put them in a shallow baking dish, pour over the cream with mixed egg and bake in the oven.
