semi skimmed milk 1,5%1.1cup250milliliters
sour cream (10% fat)1.1cup250milliliters
spelt flour1.7lb750grams
sugar granulated1tbsp1tablespoon

 

Recipe

1. 

fresh yeast 1.5 oz (42 g)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.1 cup (250 ml)  sugar granulated 1 tbsp

Mix flour and sugar with a little lukewarm milk. Add crumbled yeast and gently stir. Allow it to raise covered at warm place.

2. 

spelt flour 1.7 lb (750 g)  salt 1 tsp  sour cream (10% fat) 1.1 cup (250 ml)

Put flour into the bowl, add cream, salt and add the yeast.

3. 

Knead the dough, which you let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

4. 

Create small flatbread from the dough, which you let rise on the floured board for 10 minutes. Shape langos with oiled hands.

5. 

oil for frying

Fry in hot oil from both sides.
