1. Preparation of zucchini

zucchini 1.3 lb (600 g)

Peel the zucchini and grate coarsely.

2. Dough preparation

semi skimmed milk 1,5% ¾ cup (200 ml)  chicken egg 2 pcs  vanilla sugar 0.25 oz (10 g)  oat flakes 3.5 oz (100 g)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.75 oz (50 g)

Add milk, eggs, vanilla sugar, oat flakes and flour to the grated zucchini. Mix the dough well and let it rest for 10 minutes. Mix and if the dough is too thin (it depends on the water content in the zucchini) you can add a little more flour.

3. 

sunflower oil

Heat the oil in a frying pan and put parts of dough into it with a tablespoon. Shape them into pancakes, which you fry from both sides.
