1. 

raisins 0.75 oz (20 g)

Dip raisins in warm water to make them soft.

2. 

egg yolk 3 pcs  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.3 cup (300 ml)  powdered sugar 1 oz (30 g)  salt 1 pinch  all-purpose flour / plain flour 7 oz (200 g)

Stir egg yolks, milk, sugar and flour and prepare a smooth dough. Add a pinch of salt.

3.

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

4. 

Stir egg whites foam into the dough.

5. 

unsalted butter 1 oz (30 g)

Melt half of the butter in large pan.

6. 

Pour half of the dough on the melted butter, evenly sprinkle with half of the raisins and slowly cook on both sides covered until golden.

7. 

powdered sugar 1 tsp

Using two wooden spoons, tear the pastry in the pan. Serve decorated with powdered sugar. Cook the second half of the dough the same way.
