unsalted butter1.75oz50grams

 

Recipe

1. Milk

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.05 quart (1000 ml)  sugar granulated 3.5 oz (100 g)

Pour milk into the pot, add sugar and bring to a boil.

2. Semolina

semolina 3.5 oz (100 g)

Add semolina and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, so that the semolina is well cooked.

3. Serving

cocoa powder  cinnamon sugar  unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)

Serve the porridge on shallow plates, pour melted butter over and sprinkle with cocoa or cinnamon sugar. Consume it lightly cooled.
