Recipe

1. 

zucchini 1.8 lb (800 g)  apples 7 oz (200 g)

Wash the zucchini and grate finely with peel. Remove the cores from the apples grate them with peel too, but coarsely.

2. 

flour medium 8.75 oz (250 g)  bicarbonate 1 tsp  sugar granulated 4.25 oz (120 g)  sunflower oil 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)  chicken egg 2 pcs  lemon peel 1 tsp

Add the mentioned ingredients to the zucchini and apples and mix well.

Add chia seeds.

ground cinnamon 1  sugar granulated 2 tbsp

Pour the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Gently mix the surface of the dough with a fork and lightly rub the cinnamon in.

5. 

Bake at 645°F (340°C)F (340°F (170°C)) for 40 minutes. Then turn off the oven, open a little and let the cake cool. Cut the cake only after cooling, when it has hardened.
