Recipe

1. 

banana 8.75 oz (250 g)  nettle 1 oz (25 g)

Put peeled bananas and washed nettle leaves in a blender.

2. 

water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  chia seeds 2 tsp

Add water and mix. There is no need to sweeten, the drink gets a natural sweetness from bananas. Pour the smoothie into cups, sprinkle with chia seeds, mix lightly and garnish with washed nettle leaves.
