Apple Pie with Custard

    

Apple pie almost as a dessert. It is recommended to pour sour fruit juice over the apple pie.

1. 

apples 1.8 lb (800 g)

Trim the apples and grate it.

2. 

white roll 5 pcs  vanilla sugar 0.5 oz (12 g)  sugar granulated 3.5 oz (100 g)

Cut the bread rolls, add in apples and both kinds of sugar.

3. 

unsalted butter  semi skimmed milk 1,5% ¾ cup (200 ml)  chicken egg 2 pcs

Blend well, place in a baking dish greased with the butter and press down. Beat the eggs with milk and pour over the bread rolls.

0.5% low-fat milk 1.05 quart (1000 ml)  vanilla pudding - powder 4.25 oz (120 g)  sugar granulated 1.75 oz (50 g)

Blend custard powder with sugar in a milk. Cook until has thickened.

5. 

Pour the custard over the milk-soaked bread rolls.

Bake in preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 30-40 minutes.

7. 

Before serving, let it cool thoroughly, custard must not be warm, otherwise is not possible to cut the pie.
