Recipe

1. 

unsalted butter

Grease the baking dish with butter.

2. 

toasted bread 1.6 lb (720 g)  powdered sugar 2 tbsp

Put 8 pieces of toast bread in a baking dish and sprinkle with sugar.

3. 

apples 10.5 oz (300 g)

Peel the apples and grate them roughly. Put them evenly on the first layer of bread. Cover with a second layer of bread.

4. 

curd cheese 1.1 lb (500 g)  powdered sugar 4 tbsp  raisins 3.5 oz (100 g)

Mix cream curd with sugar and washed raisins.

5. 

Spread the cream curd on the second layer of bread.

6. 

powdered sugar 2 tbsp  apples 10.5 oz (300 g)

Cover with a third layer of bread, sprinkle with sugar and put the peeled, coarsely grated apples again. Cover with a fourth layer of bread.

7. 

whole milk 3.5% 1.7 cup (400 ml)  powdered sugar 2 tbsp  egg yolk 4 pcs

Mix sugar and egg yolks in the milk.

8. 

Pour the mixture in baking dish. Cover.

9. 

Bake for 30 minutes at 200 °C.

10. 

egg white 4 pcs  powdered sugar 2 tbsp

Whip solid egg whites snow and add sugar.

11. 

Spread the egg whites snow on a baked cake.

12. 

Bake for 10 minutes.
