Roll the puff pastry to little thinner than prepared. Cut out circles with a diameter of 15 cm.
Divide each circle into 4 parts.
Place grated cheese and olive in the middle of one piece. Cut partially from the rounded part towards the top.
Fold the cutted parts over each other and wrap the cheese. Put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Spread with whipped egg, sprinkle with oregano and salt. Bake for 10 minutes at 735°F (390°C) F (390°F (200°C) C).
