Recipe

1. 

cauliflower 1.3 lb (600 g)  salt 0.5 tsp

Divide the cauliflower into florets and boil it for 5 minutes in salted water.

2. 

Let the boiled cauliflower drip and cool.

3. 

unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)

Melt the butter in the pot.

4. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.75 oz (50 g)  salt 0.5 tsp  ground white pepper 1 pinch  ground nutmeg 1 pinch

Add flour and mix until a smooth thick mixture is created. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

5. 

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 2.1 cup (500 ml)

Gradually add the milk.

6. 

rapeseed oil 1 tsp

Spread the pieces of cauliflower on a greased baking dish.

7. 

Pou evenly with the prepared bechamel.

8. 

Gouda cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)

Sprinkle the top with grated cheese.

9. 

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
