Easy but very tasty recipe for cauliflower baked with bechamel sauce and cheese on top.

cauliflower | 1.3 | lb | 600 | grams | |
ground nutmeg | 1 | pinch | 1 | pinch | |
ground white pepper | 1 | pinch | 1 | pinch | |
rapeseed oil | 1 | tsp | 1 | teaspoon | |
salt | 1 | tsp | 1 | teaspoon | |
semi skimmed milk 1,5% | 2.1 | cup | 500 | milliliters | |
unsalted butter | 1.75 | oz | 50 | grams |
Recipe

cauliflower 1.3 lb (600 g) • salt 0.5 tsp
Divide the cauliflower into florets and boil it for 5 minutes in salted water.

Let the boiled cauliflower drip and cool.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.75 oz (50 g) • salt 0.5 tsp • ground white pepper 1 pinch • ground nutmeg 1 pinch
Add flour and mix until a smooth thick mixture is created. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Pou evenly with the prepared bechamel.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
