meal 8.75 oz (250 g)  water 10 tbsp (150 ml)  fresh yeast 0.75 oz (20 g)  salt 0.5 tsp  sugar granulated

Place coarse flour in a bowl, add water, fresh yeast, salt and pinch of sugar.

2. 

With wooden spoon knead the dough and let it raise under the kitchen towel in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

3.

On the floured board form the worked dough into the shape of dumpling. Place the dumpling in a steaming pan and steam for 15 minutes.
