Homemade Steamed Dumpling

     

Simple recipe for steamed dumpling of the length cca 25cm.

1. 

meal 8.75 oz (250 g)  water 150 ml  fresh yeast ¾ oz (20 g)  salt ½ tsp  sugar granulated

Place coarse flour in a bowl, add water, fresh yeast, salt and pinch of sugar.

2. 

With wooden spoon knead the dough and let it raise under the kitchen towel in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

3. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour

On the floured board form the worked dough into the shape of dumpling. Place the dumpling in a steaming pan and steam for 15 minutes.
