Recipe

1. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.1 lb (500 g)  unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)

Put flour in a bowl, add butter cutted into small pieces.

2. 

water 1.1 cup (250 ml)  chive 2 tbsp  onion  onion 1.75 oz (50 g)  fresh yeast 0.75 oz (21 g)  salt 1 tsp

Add lukewarm water, half a cube of yeast, finely chopped chives and onion to the flour. Salt.

3. 

Mix everything well with hand, the dough will be solider. Knead with a wooden spoon. Cover the dough in the bowl with a dish towel, put in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise.

4. 

Line the baking sheet with baking paper. Form rolls from the dough, which you cut gently around the perimeter with a knife. Cutting the dough will bake it better.

5. 

Spread with whipped egg. Bake at 670°F (355°C)F (355°F (180°C)) C for 30 minutes.
