dried anchovies1.5oz40grams
water1.05quart1000milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

dried anchovies 1.5 oz (40 g)  water 1.3 cup (300 ml)

Soak anchovies in water for 30 minutes.

2. 

water 3 cup (700 ml)

Pour the water with anchovies into a pot and add water. Bring slowly to boil.

3. 

Cook for 10 minutes. If foam appears on the surface, remove it with a spoon.

4. 

Strain the finished broth through a paper kitchen wipe.
