leek 10.5 oz (300 g)

Clean the leek, cut into small pieces.

2. 

potatoes  chicken egg 2 pcs  garlic 3 cloves  salt 1.5 tsp

Clean and grate the potatoes. Add eggs, salt and chopped leek. Mix everything together.

3. 

rapeseed oil

Warm the oil in a pan and put the potato mixture into it. Form it into the shape of a smaller pancake. Fry from both sides. After frying, place the pancakes on a paper serviette to remove the fat.
