1. 

cauliflower fungus 10.5 oz (300 g)

Wash the mushroom well under running water.

2. 

carrots 5.25 oz (150 g)  parsley 3.5 oz (100 g)

Clean the vegetables and cut them into thin wheels.

onion 1.75 oz (50 g)  unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)

Peel and cut the onion and fry it in butter.

4. 

salt 1.5 tsp  ground caraway 0.5 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp

Add vegetables, salt,caraway and pepper Stew briefly.

Chop the mushroom.

water 1.05 quart (1000 ml)
