powdered sugar 2.75 oz (80 g)  egg yolk 5 pcs

Whisk the egg yolks and sugar into foam.

unsalted butter 5.25 oz (150 g)

Add chopped softened butter, ...

whole milk 3.5% 10 tbsp (150 ml)

...a little milk and whip.

flour medium 8.75 oz (250 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 2 tsp

Add flour mixed with baking powder ...

...and knead a smooth, not very thick dough.

6. 

Pour the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread it evenly. Bake for 15 minutes at 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C).

Beat the egg whites until they are foamy.
