We are preserving mushrooms

    

Consume conserved mushrooms with onions to the same dishes for which you like sterilized cucumbers.

1. 

oak mushrooms 1.5 lb (700 g)

For preserving use small mushrooms, of which you are 100% convinced they are edible species. Gently clean the mushrooms from dirth.

2. 

water 3.4 cup (800 ml)  vinegar 1.1 cup (250 ml)  pickling mixture for vegetables 1.75 oz (50 g)

Bring water, vinegar and a pickling mixture to the boil in a pot. Cook for 5 minutes. Let the infusion cool in a water bath.

3. 

Put the mushrooms in a pot of water and let them boil. Boil for a minute and strain the water.

Clean the onion and cut it into slices. Wash smaller glasses. For the stated amount of mushrooms and onions you need about four 350 ml glasses.

Place the onion and bay leaf on the bottom of the glasses ..

... and put the mushrooms into the glasses.

7. 

Pour the prepared infusion over , close with cover and sterilize at 410°F (210°C)F (210°F (100°C)) for 10 minutes. Carefully remove the hot glasses from the pot and turn them down with the cover. Let them rest for a while in this way, then turn them back and let them cool wrapped in a blanket.

8. 

Mushrooms are suitable for consumption after about a month.
