For preserving use small mushrooms, of which you are 100% convinced they are edible species. Gently clean the mushrooms from dirth.

Pour the prepared infusion over , close with cover and sterilize at 410°F (210°C)F (210°F (100°C)) for 10 minutes. Carefully remove the hot glasses from the pot and turn them down with the cover. Let them rest for a while in this way, then turn them back and let them cool wrapped in a blanket.
Mushrooms are suitable for consumption after about a month.
