chicken breasts 1.1 lb (500 g)

Cut the meat into cutlets and pound them.

2. 

salt  vegetable salt  ground black pepper  ground red paprika  garlic 2 cloves  sunflower oil 1 tbsp

Season them with a little salt, sprinkle with vegetable salt (Podravka, vegeta), ground black pepper, ground red pepper and at the end brush with pressed garlic mixed with a little oil. Let it rest for a while.

Sprinkle the cutlets with fine flour and saute in simmering oil.
