chicken breasts 1.1 lb (500 g)
Cut the meat into cutlets and pound them.
Season them with a little salt, sprinkle with vegetable salt (Podravka, vegeta), ground black pepper, ground red pepper and at the end brush with pressed garlic mixed with a little oil. Let it rest for a while.
Sprinkle the cutlets with fine flour and saute in simmering oil.
Flavor with a little sweet chilli sauce.
Place the sauteed meat in the baking pot and pour over with gravy from the pan with a little water.
Gouda cheese 4.5 oz (125 g)
Bake covered in preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Just before the meat is done, uncover the pot and sprinkle with grated cheese.
