1. Chestnut muffins

egg yolk 3 pcs  powdered sugar 2 oz (60 g)  egg white 3 pcs

Whip the egg yolks with the sugar. Whip solid egg white snow from egg whites.

water 2 tbsp (30 ml)  chestnut puree 4.5 oz (125 g)

Add water, thawed chestnut puree, ...

flour medium 2 oz (60 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 1 tsp

... flour with baking powder ...

...and solid egg white snow to egg yolks.

5. 

Using an ice cream scoop, divide the dough into paper muffin baskets inserted into a muffin mold.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C.

7. Chestnut cream

semi skimmed milk 1,5% ¾ cup (200 ml)  corn starch 0.75 oz (20 g)

Cook a thick pudding from milk and starch.

Add thawed chestnut puree ...

... and mix well.

jelly 1 tbsp  water 2 tbsp (30 ml)

Dissolve the gelatin in water and heat it easily. Mix a spoonful of cream in it and pour the gelatin into the whole cream, stir. Let it cool in the fridge for an hour.

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 1.1 cup (250 ml)

Whip the whipped cream and add it into the cream.

Put the cream in a decrating bag ...

...and shape the trees on muffin bodies. Garnish with colorful sweet decorations.
