Wash the carp, dry it and slice. Sprinkle with lemon juice and allow it to rest.

salt  ground black pepper  ground red paprika  all-purpose flour / plain flour  unsalted butter

Slightly season the slices with salt and ground black pepper, coat them in fine flour mixed with ground red pepper and cook them in butter on both sides until golden.
