1. Meat marinating

boneless chicken 1.3 lb (600 g)  soy sauce 1.25 tbsp (20 ml)  olive oil 1.25 tbsp (20 ml)  ground red paprika 2 tsp

Place chicken meat in a marinade made of mixed oil with soya sauce and ground red paprika. Marinate the meat for several hours, or 1-2 days.

In the skillet heat the oil, place the meat in and sharply fry on both sides.

Add water into the meat and steam under the lid for 30 minutes.

4. Add asian vegetable mixture

frozen vegetables (asian vegetable mix) 1.5 lb (700 g)

Add frozen vegetable into the meat, bring the mixture to the boil and all together steam under the lid for further 10 minutes.

5. Creamy thickening

sweet cream for cooking ¾ cup (200 ml)  corn starch 1 tsp

Blend corn starch in a single cream. Add into the meat with vegetable and bring to the boil.

According to taste and need you can add salt.

Serve with boiled potatoes or rice.
