crushed cumin0.5tsp½teaspoon
salt1tsp1teaspoon
semolina1.75oz50grams
unsalted butter1.5oz40grams
water1.25quart1.2litre

 

Recipe

1. 

water 1.25 quart (1200 ml)  unsalted butter 1.5 oz (40 g)  semolina 1.75 oz (50 g)

Bring water to a boil in an electric kettle or in a saucepan over the heat. Melt the butter in the other pan, add semolina and fry for 3 minutes.

2. 

salt 1 tsp  crushed cumin 0.5 tsp

Add salt (do not salt for children) and caraway, stir and fry for another 2 minutes.

3. 

Add boiling water and stirring constantly simmer for 10 minutes.

4. 

chicken egg 2 pcs

Beat the eggs in a cup and pour into the soup stirring constantly. Let it reboil.
