1. Tortilla filling
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into thin chips. Fry them in a pan with a little oil for 8 minutes.
onion 1.75 oz (50 g)
Add the cleaned, chopped onion to the potatoes and fry together for 5 minutes.
red pepper 1.75 oz (50 g)
Clean the pepper, wash it and cut it into strips. Add to the potatoes with onions and fry for a minute.
white tofu 6.25 oz (180 g)
Crush the tofu, add to the pan and warm it for 2-3 minutes.
Season the filling with salt, turmeric and mustard.
6. Filling of the tortilla
Warm the tortilla in a dry pan. Remove it from the pan, place the washed, dried lettuce leaves on it. Put part of the filling on it and wrap the tortilla. Serve.
