Recipe

1. Preparation of spicy dip

english cucumber 1.75 oz (50 g)  sterilized sour cucumber 1 pc  onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  capers 1 tbsp

Grate the cucumber into a bowl, add finely chopped pickled cucumber, capers and finely chopped onion. Mix and pour off the excess water.

2. Cover with yogurt

white yogurt ¾ cup (200 ml)  ground white pepper 1 tsp  salt  lemon-juice 1 tbsp

Cover the dip ingredients with yogurt, season with white pepper, salt and lemon juice.

3. Baking potatoes

potatoes 1.1 lb (500 g)  olive oil 1 tbsp  salt

Put the sliced potatoes in the ActiFry pot, pour over a teaspoon of oil and lightly salt. Set the pot for a cooking time of 40 minutes. By pressing the start button, the potatoes start to bake.

4. Cooking of potatoes

potatoes 14 oz (400 g)

As soon as you start baking the potatoes, prepare the boiled potatoes. Boil the potatoes in salted water or steam until soft.

5. Preparation of meatballs

salmon filet 8.75 oz (250 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs  breadcrumbs 1.75 oz (50 g)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.75 oz (50 g)  ground white pepper  ground nutmeg  lemon peel

Prick the boiled potatoes with a fork, add diced salmon fillets, eggs, breadcrumbs, and flour. Season with white pepper, a pinch of ground nutmeg and a pinch of lemon peel. If the dough seems thin, thicken it with breadcrumbs.

6. Baking meatballs

olive oil 1 tbsp

Shape the dough into meatballs with wet hands, place in the ActiFry pan. Pour over a spoonful of oil. Stop the ActiFry, select the 2 in 1 program and the fish program. Let the meatballs cook, turn over about halfway through the cooking time. Meatballs are served with baked potatoes and dip.
